Mastery Passive Talent Tree Bonuses

Bonus Swing: This is similar to the Sword Specialization talent that is currently in the game, but Bonus Swing will work on all attacks and wi 00004000 th all weapons. You have a chance to proc a free, instant weapon swing that hits for 50% damage. Enrage Intensity: Every benefit of being enraged is increased. This includes doing more damage/healing/ etc. from abilities like Bloodrage, Death Wish, Enrage, Berserker Rage, and Enraged Regeneration. Critical Block Chance: As we mentioned in the stat changes preview, block rating is changing to a chance to block 30% of a melee swing's damage. Protection warriors have a chance that the block will be a critical block and block for 60% of a melee swing's damage instead. There will likely be talents available to push the buy wow gold amount blocked even higher. Vengeance: This is a mechanic to ensure that tank damage (and therefore threat) doesn't fall behind as damage-dealing classes improve their gear during the course of the expansion. All tanking specs will have Vengeance as their second cheap wow gold talent tree passive bonus. Whenever a tank gets hit, Vengeance will give them a stacking attack power buff equal to 5% of the damage done, up to a maximum of 10% of the character's un-buffed health. For boss encounters, we expect that tanks will always have the attack power bonus equal to 10% of their health. The 5% and 10% bonuses assume 51 talent points have been put into the Protection tree. These values will be smaller at lower levels. Remember, you only get this bonus if you have spent the most talent cheap wow gold points in the Protection tree, so you won't see Arms or Fury warriors running around with it. Vengeance will let us continue to make tank gear more or less the way we do today - there will be some damage-dealing stats, but mostly survival-oriented stats. Druids typically have more damage-dealing stats even on their wow gold tanking gear, so their Vengeance benefit may be smaller, but overall the goal is for all four tanks do about the same damage when tanking.

Does anyone know of any legitimate websites where you can make money playing video games for free?
    Hey everyone,
I’m a stay at home mom and I’m trying to find a way to make some extra income. Both of my knees have torn mcl ligaments so I can’t walk very well and I’ve been turning in applications at tons of different stores for 3 years now and I haven’t gotten a single call back and whenever I call, there’s never a job opening. However, I am very good at video games (due to my knee problem and my insomnia I play video games about 15-20 hours per day). Does anyone know of any websites where I can earn money by playing video games other than WCG or WOW? I do not have a credit card and I do not want to get one, and I have no money to start with. If you know of any good websites that are legitimate where you can earn money playing games, please let me know!!!

How about bailing out the America Consumer for a change?
So here it is…my idea for a bail out to help the American taxpayer for a change.

Let’s design a bailout package that will erase the American Consumer Credit Card debt. Instead of the American taxpayer bailing out the failing Banks, the crumbling Insurance Companies, and the bankrupt Auto Makers, why won’t the government bail the American Consumer out for a change? Can’t Obama create a plan to payoff the American Consumer’s credit card debt? Here is what I had in mind:

    1. Freeze/Cancel all the outstanding revolving debt accounts owned by all Americans.

    2. Issue an $800 billion bailout package to the banks to cancel out the amount of America’s credit card debt. This should accomplish several things:
    A) It provides the cash Banks desperately need.
    B) It cancels out all the bad debt the Banks currently hold.
    C) It provides much needed money back into the American Consumer’s pockets to either start saving (thus providing even more cash for the Banks) or to start purchasing things again, with cash now of course not credit.
    D) I think this could also restore faith in our government not only here in the States, but globally too. It would show to everyone our government is actually willing to help its citizens for a change. WOW what a concept!

    3. Lastly, there have to be restrictions placed on lines of credit like there use to be in the late 70’s early 80’s. Actually, I would like to do away with credit cards completely but that is a reality that simply is not practical. But awarding lines of credit should be done by satisfying many rules and regulations set forth by the experts that saw this credit crisis coming for more than 20 years now. Such as:
    A) A person should have to once again, prove they can afford a credit card. This should include a formal application process to determine a viable balance sheet and a long history of financial responsibility.
    B) A well established credit score of say more than 750???
    C) Limit the amount of credit any one person or family can have. Is a $10,000 line of credit really necessary? To me it only invites more problems.
    D) Maybe we could think about setting age restrictions too. I don’t think a minor should have the ability to use a credit card?

Well there it is…quite simplistic right? Please, pick it apart and let me know why it won’t work or give me feedback letting me know this might be a possibility. Either way, I look forward to whatever feedback you may have. Thanks for listening!

Should a loan company ask for your 16 digit card number O_o?
I’ve got bad credit and have been applying for loans a lot (keep getting rejected). However, none of the companies have asked for my 16 digit card number before.

Someone from Yes Loans called me last night. I gave her all my personal details including account number and sort code. But then a few questions later she asks me for the 16 digit number on the front of my card.

I asked why and she said “for security reasons so we know you are who you say you are”.

Right ok, so she has my name, DOB, address, account number and sort code, place of work, work phone number etc. and they need this too?

I had to tell her to cancel to application because I wasn’t comfortable with this, but if she e-mails me some official documentation I would check it through with family to make sure it’s safe. She says that they process thousands of loans a month and that it’s done over the phone for safety reasons.

Wow long question but tl; dr – are they supposed to ask for the 16 digit card number???

What should I do next? Pressler & Pressler application for wage garnishment.?
I had these attorneys call me last summer saying I owed for a credit card debt of $800. This was from Bank of America like 6 years ago 2004-2005. However, with attorney fees it went up to like $1500. (WOW) They said I could make payments (and only the amount they will accept, no less). I agreed on the phone and said I would make a payment. (never did) They told me they would send me forms which I had to sign and return. These forms said I would agree to make payments and If I had missed a payment, then I agreed to wage garnishment. Well, as soon as I received these forms, I ripped them up and threw them out. They called me various times over the course of a year (ignored everyone of them). They started sending me letters stating, if I didn’t pay full amount they would proceed in their collection efforts. Finally, I get a notice in the mail stating they are submitting an application to the court for wage garnishment. Midland Funding and Pressler & Pressler vs. Me. Well, I panicked (like an idiot) and called them. Again, I agreed to make a payment by a certain date. They sent me same forms again, which I never signed and put them aside. I started searching on the internet for their company, and was completely amazed on how many people are having the same problems with them. I learned they are bottom feeders, buying your old debt at discounted prices and collecting the entire thing for themselves. I noticed on my credit report there was a docket number from a court. I was surprised, to say the least. I called the court clerk and asked about it. She told me that it was a default judgment. I said that I didn’t know anything about a court case. She advised me to file a motion to vacate. So now that’s where I’m at………

    Questions:

    1. Shouldn’t have I been served?
I looked up NJ regulations for serving a summons, and it says I should have been served in person or by certified mail. Or at least regular mail for a court summons. Nothing. Also, I never signed any type of certified mail.

    2. So would the motion to vacate be based on the summons, or the validity of the claim.(I learned they have to prove they own the claim, with records to back it up, such as original agreement with my signature, actual bill information etc.

    3. Since I agreed that I would make a payment on the phone, (but never did) does that restart the SOL (statute of limitations).

ANY ADVICE WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.

  6. evilattorney says:

I’ll bet my lungs you were served. However, you need to get a copy of the original affidavit of service to see when and how you were served (actually, you will need the entire summons, complaint and affidavit of service). The only way you’re going to be able to get the judgment vacated is if you can show (without perjury) that the facts cited in the affidavit of service are not true or that you did not live at the place of service. NJ also requires you to file an answer to the original complaint and pay the filing fee for your answer. Both the motion and the answer must be served on opposing counsel and filed with the court.

Why are “drivers licenses” primarily used for social functions?
Wow … people want my “Drivers License” so I can see rated “R” movies … get into nightclubs … buy beer … credit card applications … open brokerage accounts … etc-etc-etc

Why is “Drivers Licence” called DRIVERS licence when I can start a car without one?
